Tom Glover, Director

Director Glover earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Chico and is a licensed Professional Engineer with the State of California. He has over 35 years of engineering, utility operations and management experience with projects related to all aspects of both small and large scale water resources and energy projects, including water supply, water treatment, water conveyance, wastewater treatment and collection, water transfers, dams, pipelines, pumping plant facilities, development of utility energy strategy, photo-voltaic solar, energy transmission, energy generation, environmental mitigation and public outreach.
