Sewer Prohibition Zone

Regional Water Quality Control Board (Central Coast Region) adopted Resolution 78-02 that amended the Water Qaulity Control Plan (commonly referred to as the Basin Plan) that prohibited waste discharge from individual sewage disposal systems within the Nipomo area.

The Nipomo Community Services District adopted Ordinance 2005-105 that amended Title 3 and Title 4 of the Nipomo Community Services District Code to Establish New Procedures for Payment of District Water Connection Fees and Procedures for Connecting to District Sewer Mains within the Prohibition Zone.
