Director Gary Hansen earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from UCLA and his Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a licensed civil and traffic engineer in the State of California and has over 40 years of experience providing traffic engineering and transportation planning services throughout California.
