SB 998

The Nipomo Community Services District adopted changes in 2019 to its discontinuation policy in accordance with the changes brought about by California Senate Bill 998 (SB 998), the Water Shutoff Protection Act, and California Civil Code Section 1632.  The Nipomo Community Services District’s Discontinuation of Residential Water Service Policy and water delinquency notices are provided in English, Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, and Korean.
